UK Delivery

We aim to send all parcels within 2 working days. On weekends your order will be dispatched the next working day. All UK parcels are sent on a Royal Mail Tracked 48® with Signature service that costs £4.99

Collection

Choose our most eco-friendly option by collecting your order from our Camberwell studio. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email and be invited to arrange a convenient collection time so we can ensure someone is available to hand it over.

European Delivery

We offer a flat rate of £15 for European delivery which is available at checkout. International orders are send via either Royal Mail or UPS and take approximately 5-11 days delivery. We do not cover customs and these plus any local charges are the customers responsibility. 

Import Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.
This means that customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or handling fees charged by local customs authorities upon arrival.

Please note that customs regulations vary by country.
We are not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs clearance procedures.

International delivery

We don’t currently offer international delivery. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when this becomes available.

Returns

Online Returns: If something isn’t quite right, please contact us for a return or exchange within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and we will be in touch to arrange the rest. jorduclaut@gmail.com

For any damaged or faulty items we ask that you contact us within four weeks of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage and we recommend using a tracked or signed for method to ensure it arrives safely back with us.

*Please note that all made to order items are non-refundable.

We ask that you reuse the packaging received when possible and wrap the item as it was when received to ensure it's safe return.

Our Packaging

All our packaging is recyclable, we use cardboard, hive wrap and packaging paper. In some cases we may reuse boxes or packaging from deliveries to ensure this is being re-used.
